想請教如果類別自變數多於兩個選項，應變數依然是 binary，是否適用 logistic regression，需要對自變數做什麼處理嗎？

比方說用所在縣市預測某個疾病的罹患風險，這樣縣市這個feature 就會有多於兩個選項，像這樣的問題應如何處理，或者是否有 logistic 之外較適當的方法？
